Fireside Saunas started as a discussion between two friends with a passion for the outdoors and healthy living. Little did we know that discussion would lead us into a new venture to share our passion for the outdoors in the form of mobile wood fired saunas! Brian
I was raised in rural Minnesota and grew up actively involved with the outdoors; camping, hiking, biking, kayaking, cross country skiing, and training in martial arts. I have been a practicing massage therapist for over 20 years, and this practice paved the way for a passion in healthy living. Wood-fired sauna is the natural fusion of these interests and is an aid to my continued pursuit of an active lifestyle.
Luke
Born and raised in rural Minnesota I grew up spending lots of time outdoors. As a kid, going fishing and camping were a few of the many activities that built the foundation for my love of the outdoors. From beekeeping to scuba diving, I look for any reason to get out and enjoy the amazing world we live in! My passion has expanded beyond just enjoying the outdoors to working to sustain and regenerate nature for future generations to enjoy as I do! Sauna is, I believe, the perfect complement to all the outdoor work and fun I enjoy. It adds the missing component of relaxation.
Mission Statement
To be stewards of our health and to be stewards of our land. With a wood-fired sauna as our inspiration, we can do both. Every sauna rental provides funding for the planting of trees on our diversified family farms, and to steward those trees as part of a sustainable future.
